Your maximum possible working days for a month are given by the system. If you have a part time contract, the system reduces the working days accordingly, and you have to do the same with your holidays. Example: If you have a 75% contract, in a month with 22 regular working days the system will display 22 * 0,75 = 16,5 possible working days. If you took 5 days off in that month, you deduct 5 * 0,75 = 3,75 days and eventually enter 16,5 - 3,75 = 12,75 days in the corresponding field.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to find out for which months you have already entered your information, you have to go through them one by one.
