Job description
thumb|150x150px|alt=Example alt text|Fig.1: Sparkling blue irradiance of Morpho butterfly due to light interaction with Christmas tree like nanostructures. thumb|150x150px|alt=Example alt text|Fig.2: Scattering of incident white light (TM plane waves) from Christmas tree like nanostructures of Blue Morpho butterflies. I have been inspecting the optical active nanostructures on biomimic butterfly (Fig.1) scales theoretically using FEM simulation (Fig.2) and high resolution optical microscopy. Meantime, I am working on the fabrication of the scales to mimic all possible features of original butterfly structures.
