Standardmäßig wird auf den PCs im IMT folgende Software installiert:

Alternative Programme für die obigen Anwendungsgebiete stehen nicht zur Verfügung! Insbesondere müssen alle Praktikums-, Diplom- und Doktorarbeiten mit Word erstellt werden!
Bei Bedarf können auf Anfrage noch für folgende Anwendungsgebiete Programme installiert werden:
Projektplanung: Microsoft Project 2002
Layout-Erstellung (2D): Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical
3D-CAD: Unigraphics Solid Edge, Autodesk Inventor
Datenauswertung: Origin 7.5
Bildbearbeitung: Photoshop CS2
Zeichenprogramm: Visio, Inkscape
Simulation, techn. Programmiersprache für rechenintensive Probleme: Matlab
Nur mit Zustimmung des Funktionsbereichsleiters:
Programmiersprache: Microsoft Visual Basic oder C++ (Visual Studio Express), Matlab
Computeralgebra: Mathsoft MathCAD, Maple
Auch für diese Anwendungsgebiete sind keine Alternativen vorhanden!
