Bild einfügen - How to insert a picture/english

1. Upload file
   1. In the navigation on the left click right on the link Upload file and then Open link in new tab.
   2. Click in the new window on Search and choose the file to be uploaded.
   3. You can change title, comments, etc.
   4. Click on Upload file.
   5. The file is saved now in the wiki.
2. Insert picture in your article (e.g.: own user page)
   1. In the expression [[Datei:<Bilddatei>|rahmenlos|links|Text der Bild-Legende]] you have to replace the part

       <Bilddatei> 

      by the full name (with file format, e.g. .jpg, .png, .gif,...) of your uploaded file. (e.g. Absorption_-_Phasenschub.PNG)
   2. You're done!
