Personentagebuchung/English
For every month, your working days have to be entered in the SAP system, this is called Personentagebuchung. At the beginning of your contract, an SAP account will be created in your name, it can be used for the SRM system and for the Personentagebuchung. There are separate SAP clients for the two, the latter can be reached here: Personentagebuchung Login. You find the Personentagebuchung under "Employee Self-Service" and then "Arbeitszeiten".
Once logged in, you enter your data for every month separately, you need your personnel number for it (7-digit, so with a leading zero for 6-digit numbers). In the following window you choose your FE-number in the Projekt column. You find it in the following list:
J:\AC\Personentage\2015-Personentage.xlsx
or if you click the button "Liste Projekte".
Your maximum possible working days for a month are given by the system. If you have a part time contract, the system reduces the working days accordingly, and you have to do the same with your holidays. Example: If you have a 75% contract, in a month with 22 regular working days the system will display 22 * 0,75 = 16,5 possible working days. If you took 5 days off in that month, you deduct 5 * 0,75 = 3,75 days and eventually enter 16,5 - 3,75 = 12,75 days in the corresponding field.
