Tutorial Neue Geräteseite/English

Step 1: Open the Device Site

1. Rightclick on Geräte - Devices
2. Choose Open Link in New Tab
3. If the name of the device is
   • BLUE:
     1. click on the name
     2. click on Change above
     3. go to Step 4: Filling informations
   • RED: click on the name and go to the next step.
   • Not existing: Please name your device as written in the list of measurement or manufacturing equipment (Prüf- oder Fertigungsmittelliste)!
     1. Check whether your device exist in the list of measurement or manufacturing equipment.
     2. If it doesn't exist, write the device name in the search field (on the left)and click on page.
     3. Then click on create page.
     4. Got to the next step

Step 2: Paste Template Text

1. Copy the following line and paste it in the textbox of your page:

{{ers:Geräte-Devices}}

1. Click Save page

Step 3: Create English Page

1. Click on the link English Version
2. Copy the following line and paste it in the textbox of your English page:

{{ers:Geräte-Devices/English}}

1. Click on Save page

Step 4: Filling informations

In the text you can now fill in all necessary information.

To format text (bold, italic, title, ...) mark the word and click on the symbol above the text field.

• Link to persons. Copy & Paste the following line and replace Prename and Surname.

[[user:Prename.Surname|Surname, Prename]]

Step 5: Save your page

Click on Save page

You're done!
