Organisational issues | In SS 2025 we are offering the lecture Fabrication and Characterization of Optoelectronic Devices in a hybrid format. Beyond theoretical knowledge, the student will obtain hands-on experience and insights into state-of-the-art optoelectronic fabrication and characterization methods. During the course of the semester, each student will attend one lab day and report with a small group of students on the experimental results and observations. The lab days will be organized such that the various methods involved in the fabrication and characterization of a perovskite solar cell will be covered, starting from the first layer and ending with the final characterization of the solar cell. |
